Commercial Services Division

The Commercial Services Division specializes in business acquisitions and transfers including real estate, asset based and franchise based transactions and provides a single point of contact to coordinate complex transactions helps facilitate communication and eliminate duplications of effort.

The Commercial Services Division works with partners across the nation such as First American’s National Commerce Services to provide title and closing services from rural Tennessee to New York City.

Randy Hardison brings over 37 years of commercial transactional experience. Graduating with BA from the University of North Alabama, Randy went on to graduate with a JD from the University of Tennessee. Randy serves as an Adjunct Professor for Real Estate at the Columbia State Community College. As a graduate of the Instructor Training Institute of the Tennessee Association of REALTORS and former member of the Tennessee Association of REALTORS Forms Committee, he is a certified instructor for the Tennessee Real Estate Commission, Tennessee Auctioneer Commission, Tennessee Commission of Land Surveyors, and Tennessee Appraiser Commission.
